this week was the last week of the trimester. We had a quiz and a test in this week.

This week was about internet....... So, i have learnt many things about it in this week.

week 8

 This week was about Microsoft power point. So, the whole week was about class activities and too many exercises to get use to it......... and I had learnt a lot from it and now i can use it alone and quiet good on it.

week 7

Session 1;
     In this session, I have learnt about Microsoft excel basic. How to modify columns. rows and cells. Also. wrapping text and merging cells, formatting,creating simple formula, creating formula with references and creating a formula using the point and click method.

Session 2;
      In this session, I learnt about hoe to sparklines, pivot tables, working with charts,track changes, adding and deleting comments, finalizing and protecting your work. At the end of the session we did some exercises.

Session 3;
     In this session, we did some of the class activities and some exercises about Microsoft excel........

weeek 6

session 1;
      This session was quit  short,  but i had learnt a lot in it. I learnt about Microsoft office and its type. Then we proceeded to its details. At the end of the session we did some class activities about it.

Session 2;
     In this session, I learnt about advanced Microsoft word.  In this session i had learnt everything about Microsoft word, like styles and templates, Customizing table and creating charts,Creating mail merge documents and worknig with Hyperlink.

Session 3;
     In this session, we just did a lot of class activities......

week 5

Session 1
In this session i learnt about windows OS history and Microsoft windows . Then I learnt about windows 7 aims and upgrading from vista/ XP. after that i learnt about additional tool in windows7 and windows7 requirements.

Session 2
In this session I learnt about windows7 file management and managing files and folders. Also i have learnt about efficient file management and finding file and folders and also types of libraries and using search.

session 3
In this session I learnt about what is the special folder and windows special folders. And also I have learnt about system tools folder, disk cleaner, disk defragmenter, windows7 advanced disk defragmentation, system restore and control panel system maintenance tool.

week 4

Session 1
In this session I have learnt about computer network and computer components. Also i learnt  what is the basic networking concepts ,the data communication, data transmission characteristics and bandwidth. I learnt that there are two types of signal first one is analog signal and its known also as radio signal and the second is digital signal. And there are two kind of serial & parallel transmission 1st is serial transmission  2nd is parallel transmission.

I have learnt in the session about communication channel, network medium, wireless media and medium and digital communication.

session 3
In this session i learnt about types of network and types of LAN. And what is peer-to-peer networking and pee-to-peer network and server based network. Also server-based networking advantages and disadvantages

week 3

session 1;

In this session I have learnt  how to describe the role of computer software.... But at the beginning i learnt what was the software, how many categories of software there are. Then we proceed to how does the computer know what to do, and also i learnt what is the software layers. The software layers works by application program, operating system, device driver and system software.

session 2
in this session I have leant about programing language and how to communicate with a computer. As well as the levels language and how does it work.. Also in this session I knew how the program development process, the evolution of higher -level languages and it has three generations.

session 3
This session was about Standard software packages . So, I learnt how to assist the software ,how to serve a personal application software, how to work in groups no matter they are near or far and enterprise application software. Finally, i learnt about pre-installed software and how to install it and how remove it. Also there are custom and full installation ,a system restore, system backup system repair and software.

week 2

Session 1;
 In this session I had learnt  about the history of computer and how many generations it had been through till the recent generation. I also learnt about computer architecture and how many components the computer have had since 1946 as well as computer processing power and the categories of computers.

Session 2, 3

It was in the same lecturer as our lecture started without having me in the class because I was late for an hour, the main reason that made me late it was my cell phone as it was on hour late and i thought i just came on time and at that moment i was very embarrassed but Mr.Azhar excuses me and asked me not to do it again. So when I went in and sat my classmates were introducing their blogs so I took experiences from them to do it in my own blog.

week 1

Today, I am going to talk about our first week of introduction to computer and the internet. First of all, I would like to thank our lovely lecture Mr. Azhar bin Tajul noor who's trying very hard to make everything clear for us as he explains over than once. Every week we have three sessions to cover. We started our first week by introducing ourselves to each other, and right before we start our lecturer he asked all of us that we did know about computer and ask about our opinion about it just to see from where he can start with us, after that we had been asked to create a blog to share everything that we doing in the classroom. After that we start our first session by introduction our course and what we are going to learn, how we are going to do it and when. So, in the second session we learnt about computer main components and its really was great because we had learnt many thing about computer hardware basics and computer software. In our third session we learnt about number systems and I leant that there are many number systems that related to the computer hardware basics. So, finally, I think it is a great class that my classmates and I are enjoying it and we have learnt so many things in this week that we are very thankful to it.
